Carsley Gets Manager Praise
Carsley will be a fantastic asset - Boothroyd Coventry City manager Aidy Boothroyd was full of praise for Lee Carsley who put in a sterling shift against West Brom in the Sky Blues final pre-season game this afternoon.Speaking after the game to Sky Blue Player, the City manager said of the 36 year old midfielder who joined City after his contract at Birmingham City expired: "Lee is a winner and winners have this infectious behaviour which rub off on everybody around them."I was thrilled when he decided to come here and if we can keep him fit this season I think he will be a fantastic asset for us."
