Cain signs for Mansfield
Former City winger finds new club Ashley Cain, who was released by former Coventry City manager Chris Coleman at the end of last season has signed for Mansfield Town. The pacey winger has been looking for a new club all summer and when given the chance impressed Mansfield manager David Holdsworth, who gave Cain a one year deal with The Stags Holdsworth told BBC Sport, "Ashley is an exciting prospect. He has created a good impression and I hope he has a good season with us."
