According to this morning's Coventry Telegraph, Whitacre based businessman Michael Byng has cited an email not arriving as to why he was not amongst the bidders for Coventry City Football Club Ltd last Friday.
Mr Byng claims that his bid had been emailed but failed to arrive and told the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid: "I have told the Administrator my clients are seriously considering withdrawing from the current bidding process in view of the mess.
"My clients would re-enter the discussion once the arguments are resolved."
