Brighton & Hove Albion manager Gus Poyet has been charged with improper conduct during last Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Coventry City.
What he actually did or did not do is not clear but he has been charged by the FA with "improper conduct during his side’s game at Coventry City on 31 December 2011".
He has until 4pm on Tuesday to respond to the charge.
