According to the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, GVA, who are marketing the site of Brandon Speedway Stadium, are not currently revealing if the SISU run Coventry City Holdings are one of the bidders for the 26 acre site.
Andrew Moss of Birmingham based GVA told Mr Reid: “A number of bids are currently being considered by the vendor (site owner Avtar Sandhu).
“We’re awaiting further instructions. Hopefully by tomorrow we’ll have a better indication.
“We may then go back to a number of top bidders in a ‘best and final’ scenario.
“We may have a shortlist next week. It depends which way the vendor wants to go with it.”
Those involved with selling the sites at Ansty Park or the old Peugeot factory at Ryton have said that City are not a bidder for their site.
