Boothroyd waits on City trio

Aidy Boothroyd is hoping Clive Platt, Ben Turner and Richard Wood all prove their fitness ahead of Coventry`s trip to Sheffield United as he looks to name an unchanged XI for the fourth successive match. Striker Platt and central defensive pairing Turner and Wood have each picked up slight knocks but are expected to come through and train ahead of the Bramall Lane clash. Striker Marlon King could travel to South Yorkshire having recovered from the hamstring injury that ruled him out of last weekend`s 3-0 victory over Barnsley, although his involvement remains to be seen with Boothroyd unlikely to take any risks with his fitness. Freddy Eastwood (knee) and Chris Hussey (metatarsal) are back in training but Saturday is expected to come too soon for them both. David Bell, Stephen O'Halloran and Gary Deegan are also close to making their returns from long-term injury and are expected to be back in the fold soon. The sixth-placed Sky Blues will be looking to continue their impressive form and register their first victory at Bramall Lane since September 2001 against a United side who are struggling to find top gear.
