Boothroyd still buzzing

Coventry manager Aidy Boothroyd was still upbeat despite his side's 2-1 defeat to Cardiff. Jay Bothroyd's late goal stole the points for the Bluebirds at the Ricoh Arena after Gary McSheffrey cancelled out Peter Whittingham's early penalty but Boothroyd knows his side have come a long way this season. "I said the two games - Ipswich and Cardiff - would be a gauge and it tells us that we've come a very long way in a short space of time, but to get to where we want to get to, we're just that little bit off at the moment," he said. Boothroyd also believes his side have the character to bounce back. "The exciting thing is we've got the players and the attitude to do it, now it's just about doing it" he added.
