City boss admits interest, but won't pursue it Coventry City boss Aidy Bothroyd has admitted he considered trying to sign Kelvin Etuhu from Manchester City but has decided against a deal as he is happy with the players he already has who can play on the right midfield. The 22 year old Nigerian will be released by Manchester City soon as he is surplus to requirements. He is attracting interest from a number of Championship and Premiership clubs Boothroyd admitted, “We looked at him and there was an opportunity to do something with him in the summer. He has got a terrific record but we have got players who are in the groove here and just getting it.”
