Boothroyd rules out Sam signing
Palace winger out of contention. One of the players highly tipped to be signed by Aidy Bothroyd, 25 year old Lloyd Sam, who is out of contract at Crystal Palace,will not be coming to The Ricoh. Boothroyd dismissed the speculation, but did confirm that he still hoped to bring in a few more new players before the start of the 2010/11 season. Boothroyd said, "If I said possibly two or three more then I think we would be about right, but it is a fantastic thing that we have already got four in because it shows the support I have had since I have been here from the chairman and board to bring these people in as quickly as I have because generally you are fannying around waiting for people to make decisions."
