Boothroyd looking on bright side

Boss Aidy Boothroyd reflected on the positives after watching Coventry slump to a 2-0 defeat against npower Championship leaders QPR. Rangers were given a second-half lead through Keiren Westwood's own goal after Kyle Walker's effort before Tommy Smith wrapped things up. Boothroyd said: "There are a lot of positives to take. I thought we dominated the game for long spells, particularly in the first half, but you've got to take your chances when you're on top. "QPR have got the quality and experience to win a game when not playing particularly well. That's what we want to do. We aspire to be at the top, we aspire to be the best team in the league and at the moment they're doing that. "We said at the start of the season this would be a benchmark for how far we've come and two defeats against first and second shows we're clearly not ready to be first and second. "But why would we be when we finished 17th, 19th and 21st over the last three years?"
