Coventry manager Aidy Boothroyd praised his side's resilience following the 2-1 victory over Derby at the Ricoh Arena. Ben Turner's first league goal saw the Sky Blues maintain their unbeaten start to the npower Championship campaign. The big defender headed the winner after 80 minutes. Dean Moxey had marked his return to the Derby starting line-up with a goal early in the second half to cancel out Lukas Jutkiewicz's first-half penalty. Boothroyd said: "I thought Derby were excellent. They played some really good football, they opened us up at times and they looked like a team that has been together for a little while. "The positive is we can win when we don't play particularly well and we can get back in games against adversity and they are prerequisites for being successful. "We are a work in progress, I have said that from the start and I am looking forward to January and February when we can win and win well and perform well."
