Boothroyd faces Turner decision

Coventry manager Aidy Boothroyd must decide whether the time is right to reintroduce Ben Turner against Nottingham Forest. The centre-back, arguably City's best player over the first part of the campaign, has been missing for three months with a knee injury but is now back in contention for a first-team return. Yet whether that comes against Forest at the Ricoh Arena, Leeds on Saturday or even next week is all down to Boothroyd. The Sky Blues boss made two changes for Saturday's FA Cup defeat to Birmingham - young midfielder Conor Thomas and striker Clive Platt coming in for the departed Michael Doyle and dropped Freddy Eastwood. Boothroyd is likely to restore Eastwood, while Sammy Clingan should overcome the minor tweaked ligament that ruled him out at St Andrew`s. Captain Lee Carsley continues to miss out having undergone double Achilles and hernia surgery.
