The Coventry City boardroom battle which has provided the only real headlines over the close season, is not affecting the players according to Gary McSheffrey.Whilst the current board which got bigger by two more additions this week works to keep the club living within its means, there has been plenty of support for Coventry kids Gary Hoffman and Joe Elliott who have offered to bring new investment into the club, according to web polls on this site and the Coventry Telegraph.Speaking to the CT, Gary McSheffrey said, "We obviously want stability and we all want to be part of a good tight club that is going in the right direction, but we try to keep it out of our minds at the training ground and so far it hasn't affected anybody."
