Former Coventry City forward Leon Best played his first game for Blackburn Rovers following a cruciate knee ligament injury which had he picked up in pre-season, shortly after joining from Newcastle United.
Best played for 67 minutes in a 2-1 win for Blackburn U21's against Sunderland at Leigh Sports Village.
