Best injury adds to Sky Blues' woes

The Republic of Ireland striker sustained a knee injury during Tuesday's 2-0 defeat at Cardiff and manager Chris Coleman is currently waiting to discover whether the problem is just bruising or something more serious.[LNB]Influential midfielder Aron Gunnarsson will definitely be missing for the Sky Blues as they wait for similar news on his suspected broken leg, with Coleman hoping it is not as bad as first feared.[LNB]Coventry's threadbare squad is already without Sammy Clingan (broken toe), and Coleman is desperately looking to bolster his ranks before the weekend.[LNB]On a positive note, Ben Turner returned to the starting XI at the Cardiff City Stadium after knee and ankle problems and should again be okay, while midfielder David Bell (ankle) was handed a substitutes role after a lengthy period on the sidelines.[LNB]New loan signings Chris Hussey and Gary Madine are expected to be in line for their home debuts.[LNB][LNB]
