Bennett Released By Sheffield United
Former City loanee allowed to leave Former Coventry City loanee keeper Ian Bennett has been released by Sheffield United.Bennett was loaned to City during 2005 from Birmingham City and made six appearances. He was sent off during a 0-0 draw with Stoke City and had to be replaced by midfielder Stephen Hughes.Bennett is one of eight players released in a list that includes James Harper, Glenn Little, Henry Camara and Derek Geary, who have all featured in matches against the Sky Blues.
