Another player gives Thorn his backing Coventry City midfielder Carl Baker wants Andy Thorn in as full time manager. Speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, Baker who played against Millwall on Saturday said: I hope he gets the job permanently to be honest because I think he's a really good manager to play for. "I think the lads have responded to him. He gives you a bit of trust and lets you get on with it. "There are a couple of little things that he's changed. Nothing major, but things that make the players happy. "He won't have any messing about but he wants us to get the ball down and play it the right way. "He's just getting the best out of players individually because every player who's at the club now Thorny's brought in so obviously he thinks a lot of us. "Just knowing that you've got a manager who rates you highly gives you a massive confidence boost."
