Stead on playing Coventry City's on loan striker Jon Stead has said as long as he is in the team he is happy. The 26 year old is on loan from Ipswich until the end of the season and Coventry are keen to sign him permanently in the summer. Stead has already made a positive impression on the Coventry fans with his performances in sky blue shirt and scored his first goal for the club on his home debut in the 2-1 win over Scunthorpe.Speaking about Coventry's next game he said, "I came on as a sub against Posh in a 0-0 at Portman Road but I played at Peterborough in the reserves and scored two goals so it would be nice to have a repeat of that. I think we lost 3-2 in what was a strange game, but I bagged a couple and it would be nice to do that again.""I have not set any targets for myself. It was a massive three points for us against Scunthorpe and as long as I keep myself in the team I'll be happy. It won't be hard for me to go there because I started my career at Huddersfield and we used to go to some shocking stadiums, particularly when we got relegated to League Two, so I was brought up at grounds like that. "At the end of the day you just get on with it." "It is a tight ground and the pitch isn't massive. It will be a tough game and the way we are going it is like an expected three points, but we can't look at it like that."
