Covsupprt News Service sends its condolences to the family and friends of Arthur Pepper, who died last week.Arthur was the Coventry City Commercial Manager from the late 1960's right through the FA Cup winning run before he retired in the 1990's.Arthur was always a happy, jovial bloke who loved the Sky Blues and the part he played for them.
