Gary Deegan picked up a knock to his ankle during Coventry City's 3-1 win against Middlesbrough yesterday.
Deegan was forced off at half-time after taking a bang on his ankle, which swelled up and replaced by David Bell.
The Irishman received treatment to reduce the swelling and hopes to be ok for City's trip to Blackpool on January 31st.
