Coventry City stay eighth in the League One table despite winning 2-0 at AFC Bournemouth.
The Sky Blues are five points behind seventh placed Bournemouth on 53 points and also five points behind Yeovil who lost 2-0 at Colchester with Freddie Sears on target and Brentford who won 2-1 at Crawley.
Fourth placed Swindon lost 1-0 home to a Bury side who gave former City youngster Jonson Clarke Harris a late run out, whilst third placed Tranmere drew 1-1 at home to Notts County.
Doncaster top the division after a 2-1 win at Shrewsbury ahead of Sheffield United who drew at home with Leyton Orient.
Elsewhere, Walsall won 3-0 at Carlisle United, Hartlepool beat Crewe 3-0 and Portsmouth drew 1-1 with Milton Keynes.
