Allardyce To Become Next West Ham Boss?

City old boy news Former Coventry City defender Sam Allardyce is expected to be named as the next manager of West Ham United by the end of next week according to media reports today. Allardyce, who has managed Blackburn, Newcastle and Bolton, is in the frame to succeed Avram Grant and will be expected to get The Hammers who were relegated to the Championship, back into the top flight at the first attempt. Allardyce has been out of work since being sacked as Blackburn boss in December.
