Conor Thomas has said that Coventry City's performances this season have had a lot to do with team spirit.
“I think this season it's all been about the team spirit and the way everyone has gelled," Pressley told the Coventry Observer's Steve Carpenter.
“You can't really predict how that's going to go.
“With some teams when they get new players through it doesn't really work out but I think the team spirit has been massive for us this season. It's a big factor when you're playing.”
Thomas has come through City's Academy system with many of his team mates and said:“It's quite surreal really.
“It started at Crawley when were all in the same team and since then there's been five or six of us in the first team.
“Since that first game we've really kicked on. We've got a good team ethic and there's a good bond with everyone so to come through the academy and play with your friends in the first team there is no better feeling.”
