Ricoh Arena management company Arena Coventry Limited have made a bid for the assets that are in Coventry City Football Club Ltd.
The news came during the third fans forum at the Holiday Inn, which was not broadcast live on BBC Coventry & Warwickshire due to what a BBC employee said was 'reasons beyond their control.'
Tim Fisher, who was given another hostile reception and told to buy Sheffield Wednesday, the club he first watched, also said that liquidation was not an option and asked what the audience wanted and given a resounding SISU Out.
According to Matt Partridge on Twitter, Mr Fisher could not give any concrete answers as to who was funding the plans for the new stadium.
