According to the Arena Coventry Limited lawyer James Powell, the Football League share and other assets were in the last Coventry City FC Ltd accounts.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Les Reid, Mr Powell said that the last accounts for CCFC Ltd dated June 12th, did have assets and the league share, which has now been transfered into Coventry City FC (Holdings) Ltd in them and this raises serious issues for creditors and the Football League.
