Coventry City's Tim Fisher has been talking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire following the lifting of the club;s transfer embargo by the Football League.
Mr Fisher refused to give an exact figure as to how much City's playing budget would be but said it would be nearer £4m than £1.5m.
He also said that the club would not be under another embargo in January.
