Williams worried by loss

Colchester United boss Geraint Williams admitted that he was left stunned by his side's 4-1 thrashing at Cardiff City.
The result dropped the U's into the bottom three in the Championship and facing a fight to avoid the drop.
Williams told The Gazette: "We have to make sure that that doesn't happen again. It was a very big disappointment.
"We're making too many errors, not as individuals but as a team.
"We set out in the second half to carry it through and we said in the dressing room afterwards are we all singing from the same hymn sheet?
"There's a lot of hard work to be done. No professional likes to come away having been beaten 4-1.
"We were beaten 5-1 at Derby last year and it hurt, but after that we went on a good run of results.
"We know it's not easy in the division this year, but we have to work very hard on the training ground to eradicate all of the little errors that have been costing us."
