Williams: U's must believe

Colchester United boss Geraint Williams felt his side were unlucky to go down 2-1 at West Bromwich Albion, leaving the U's still pointless from four games this season.
The U's put up a strong fight at The Hawthorns, but were unable to take anything from the game and get off the mark in the Championship.
Williams said: "I felt that we could have taken something from the game after the way we played in the second half.
"But we had left ourselves too much to do after the first 45 minutes.
"We had a frank exchange at half-time and the players went out and did what we asked them to do.
"We had set out this week to beat West Brom, but I just think the surroundings may have got to us. We didn't believe we could win in the first half.
"Obviously losing the first four games of the season is frustrating, but we can compete at this level as no-one has had an easy game against us."
