Williams bemoans horror show

Colchester United manager Geraint Williams hopes his side can bounce back from Saturday's 3-0 drubbing at Leeds United.
The U's remain in the top half of the Championship table but their away form is giving Williams cause for concern as his side have won only one of their nine matches away from Layer Road.
"That was our worst performance of the season," he said. "The effort was there, as it always has been but, for the first time this season, we weren't at the races and didn't perform.
"We had too many players off-form. The quality wasn't quite there and in this division you get punished for that. We'll learn from it and be ready for Sunderland next Saturday."
