Walker extends U's loan spell

Colchester United have extended goalkeeper Jimmy Walker's loan spell for a third and final month.

The 35-year-old West Ham United keeper will now remain with the League One club until March 5.

Walker has already made 11 appearances for the U's since arriving at the Community Stadium in November.

He will now remain with Paul Lambert's side for the maximum 93 days allowed for an emergency loan.
