Vincent seals U's switch

Forward Ashley Vincent has completed a permanent move to Colchester United from Cheltenham Town, signing a three-year contract with the U's.
The 24-year-old spent the end of last season on loan at Colchester and is looking forward to staying put following Town's relegation to League Two.
He told the club's official website: "Signing for Colchester gives me another chance to have a good crack at League One, but in a side that is aiming to play in the Championship.
"I want to play at the highest level possible and I feel that I can do that at Colchester United.
"Playing under Paul Lambert has already been really good and he has showed exactly what he wants from me."
