U's troubled by striker exit

Colchester United manager Geraint Williams has admitted the loss of striker Chris Iwelumo on a free transfer to Charlton Athletic has hit his plans for the new season hard.
Iwelumo netted 18 times for the U's last season, but the loss of the marksman for no fee has left Williams needing to find a replacement without the necessary funds.
"We can't suddenly go out and spend thousands on players and wages, that would be irresponsible," he told BBC Essex.
"We will look for some additions to the squad, but it's not just about money.
"We were favourites to go down this time last year. Now people are saying we're an established Championship side and should be looking towards the Premier League.
"I prefer to think we're somewhere in between that and are looking to build."
