U's step up keeper search

Colchester United manager Geraint Williams is keen to bring a new goalkeeper to Layer Road on an emergency loan arrangement after reserve team shot-stopper Mark Cousins contracted appendicitis.
The U's boss wants a back-up keeper to serve as understudy to Dean Gerken for this weekend's Championship clash with Wolves.
"Mark's been taken ill, so we're on the phones to see about getting someone in on loan," Williams told the club's official website.
"There's the possibility of going without a goalkeeper on the bench for Saturday's game, but we're looking at bringing someone in to provide cover for Dean Gerken."
Twenty-one-year-old Cousins has made two substitute appearances for the U's this season.
