U's snare Blackpool's Fox

Colchester United have agreed a deal to sign midfielder David Fox when his contract with Blackpool expires next month.
Fox, 25, will put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the U's on July 1.
Speaking about United boss Paul Lambert, he told the club's official website: "As a man, he was very sincere and precise in his thoughts and his aim was very clear.
"He wasn't saying we could do this or we could do that. He said he wants to get promoted this season and that appealed to me straight away.
"I don't want to be out of the Championship for too long and this is a great opportunity to get back.
"Everything here is set up for that, so I am really looking forward to being a part of it."
