Ian Henderson struck a late winner for Colchester to leave Rochdale waiting for their first League One victory.The U's had already hit the crossbar when Andrew Bond's shot deflected off Jason Kennedy to beat Josh Lillis and put them ahead. Richard Dawson met Brian Barry-Murphy's corner to drive home Rochdale's equaliser from eight yards out. But they were denied a point in the 84th minute when Henderson dinked the ball over Lillis.
