Kamara wins U's chance

Colchester United manager Geraint Williams has handed a trial to the former Crystal Palace youngster Michael Kamara.
Kamara had been a second year scholar at Selhurst Park before being released, but will get the chance to impress the U's boss during a reserve team game.
He will play in the second string's final game of the season against Luton Town's reserve team.
The teenage defender recently had an unsuccessful trial spell at Swindon Town.
