Jackson boost for U's

Colchester United midfielder Johnnie Jackson could return to action this weekend after recovering from injury.
The 24-year-old former Tottenham player moved to Layer Road on a permanent deal in the summer and played in the club's first three Championship games of the season.
He picked up a groin injury during training in the build-up to the game against West Brom but has returned to the practice pitch this week.
Jackson could feature in Saturday's trip to Burnley as the U's aim to move clear of the Championship relegation zone.
