Izzet ruled out of Saddlers trip

The long-serving midfielder completes his two-match ban after racking up 10 yellow cards this season. David Fox was given a rare start in Izzet's absence as Colchester crashed 2-1 at 10-man Carlisle last week but John-Joe O'Toole, an unused substitute at Brunton Park following a foot injury, is pushing for a recall. Ian Henderson made his full debut against the Cumbrians but was replaced at half-time by Anthony Wordsworth, who will also hope to start. Defender Paul Reid is unlikely to return just yet despite having an injection in his back last week. Reid has suffered a series of niggles since recovering from a long-term knee problem.
