Injury boost for Us duo

Colchester duo John-Joe O'Toole and Morten Knudsen are progressing well in their recoveries from long-term knee injuries.Midfielder O'Toole ruptured a cruciate ligament at Charlton in April, and defender Knudsen suffered a knee injury in training.Us boss John Ward told the Gazette: "They've both seen a specialist and it's very positive news on both of them."It's a long-term injury recovery for them both but they're right in line with where they should be."
