Colchester take Payne on loan

Colchester United boss Aidy Boothroyd has added West Ham United youngster Josh Payne to the squad on a one-month loan deal.
The 18-year-old could go straight into the squad for Saturday's League One clash against Walsall.
Boothroyd has had his eye on the midfielder for some time and is now pleased to have finally landed him.
Speaking to The Gazette, he said: "He's a good young player who we think a lot of.
"We tend to have a shadow squad here, so that if ever we have any problems and we need to delve into it, then we can do it."
