Colchester snare Daggers defender

Colchester United have have completed the signing of Dagenham and Redbridge defender Magnus Okuonghae.The centre-back missed just one league game last season as the Daggers pushed for a League Two play-off place. Okuonghae, 23, has signed a two-year deal and although he is out of contract the U's will have to pay compensation.
