Boss backs U's to stop rot

Colchester boss Geraint Williams is confident his side will soon get back to winning ways following two successive Championship defeats.
The U's had been on a three-game unbeaten run before losing consecutive matches at Leeds United and Sunderland, shipping six goals in the process, to leave them in mid-table on 24 points.
However, Williams feels his side are still playing well enough and is backing them to start picking up points again.
He said: "Sure we got beat again and it's disappointing, but I was very pleased with the efforts of my players against Sunderland and I could hardly have asked anything more from them.
"But for a couple of missed chances late on - when I felt absolutely sure we were going to score by the way - we would certainly have gone away with something.
"But there's no doubt that we'll climb the table if we can keep on playing like we did in the last half-hour."
