Ward wants to see games out

Colchester boss John Ward wants his side to rediscover their killer instinct. The Us are unbeaten in the opening six games of the season but once again threw away the lead when they drew 1-1 with Plymouth at the weekend. "People will say we should be defending these leads better, but we also have to work on finishing off some of our good forward play too," said Ward. "Defending leads, for me, is about extending leads and we haven't been clinical enough at the top end."
