Ward wants ruthless Us

Colchester boss John Ward has warned his side they need to be more ruthless in front of goal if they are to reignite their play-off bid. The Us have drawn a blank in five of their last seven outings and slipped to 11th in the table following Tuesday's 2-0 defeat at Notts County. Walsall are the visitors to the Community Stadium on Saturday and Ward said: "We have got to bounce back. "We were disappointed with the result on Tuesday. We should have scored because we had good opportunities. "It has been one of our failings, perhaps, that we haven't taken enough of our chances when often we have created plenty."
