Ward hints at changes

Colchester boss John Ward has hinted that he will make changes to his starting line-up for the home clash with MK Dons. The U's boss saw his side fall to their third defeat in four games with a 1-0 reverse at Dagenham on Tuesday night and he looks set to react by shuffling his place against the Dons. "One or two areas in the team are up for grabs. I will be looking at training and we'll come up with a team that can give MK Dons a good game," Ward told the club's official website. Ward will again be without striker David Mooney, who serves the second game of a three-match ban, while defenders Brian Wilson and Morten Knudsen remain doubtful despite having returned to training following ankle and knee problems respectively. Fellow defender Magnus Okuonghae will be out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery on an ankle problem.
