Us welcome back Baldwin

Colchester defender Pat Baldwin returns from suspension for the trip to Charlton. Baldwin sat out Friday night's 2-1 win over Peterborough due to a one-match ban following his red card against Brighton three days earlier. However, the former Chelsea trainee may have to settle for a place in the bench after Huddersfield loanee Nathan Clarke's impressive debut alongside Matt Heath at centre-half. Fellow defenders Magnus Okuonghae, Brian Wilson (both ankle) and Morten Knudsen (knee) are still out along with midfielder John-Joe O'Toole (knee). But boss John Ward has no new injury worries to contend with following the Posh victory. Winger Simon Hackney has joined League Two Oxford on loan until the end of the season.
