U's in no hurry to appoint chief
The U's are looking for a replacement for Steve Bradshaw, who resigned from his post last month after little more than a year in the role.[LNB]Cowling told the Gazette: "We have had a number of people apply already but the search is ongoing. I'm not in a hurry and we don't want to appoint the wrong person.[LNB]"We will take our time and we have to make sure we appoint the right candidate. There's no rush and the people we have already got at the club are all stepping up."[LNB][LNB]
