U's boss hails on-loan striker

A brace from on-loan Odejayi and an own-goal from Miguel Llera saw Colchester roar to a 3-0 victory against former U's manager Phil Parkinson's side. "Kayode Odejayi was terrific throughout the whole of the 90 minutes and got his two goals," said Boothroyd. "When you have big guys up front and you put the ball in the right areas you can create a fear factor for the opposition and that's what we did. "Kayode's second goal was a great finish. "But the guys that score the goals get all of the headlines and the likes of Clive Platt and Kevin Lisbie deserve credit too."
