Plymouth midfielder Duguid played nearly 450 times for the U's during a 12-year stint at the club.[LNB]And the 31-year-old believes Boothroyd can emulate Phil Parkinson and lead the club back to the Championship.[LNB]"If you want to go up, you have to be hard to beat," he told the Gazette.[LNB]"It's a hard division to get out of but they have a great chance because they have a manager who knows what it takes to get a team promoted.[LNB]"It would be nice to be playing for Plymouth against Colchester in the Championship next season."[LNB][LNB]
