United boss signs up Henderson

Boothroyd has snapped up the 24-year-old, who has most recently been playing his football in Turkey for Ankaragucu, on a free transfer after receiving international clearance.[LNB]"I had him at Norwich and he has lost his way a bit in the last couple of years, he went to play in Turkey and sometimes it doesn't always work out," said Boothroyd.[LNB]"He is a player who can play in a number of positions, up front, wide right and in central midfield.[LNB]"He is a tenacious, horrible player to play against, he never stops running and is technically a good player."[LNB]Henderson is Boothroyd's third signing since the turn of the year after loanees Kayode Odejayi and John-Joe O'Toole penned permanent deals.[LNB][LNB][LNB]
